A Michelin star kidnapped in our plant
It is usual to see reputed Michelin star chefs signing the dishes or recipes of fast food restaurants, food companies, etc. What is not so usual is to see them, from Monday to Friday, week after week, working in their facilities; side by side with quality, innovation and product development technicians.
Antonio González de las Heras was the first Zamorano chef to achieve a Michelin Star, thanks to his modern recipe, based on Castilian-Leon raw materials. And for more than a year, he has been responsible for innovation in our dishes made from lamb, sucking lamb and goat.
